James Brown takes on all up and comers with one of his last great singles, "Rapp Payback ( Where Iz Moses?)". I was hoping this might be a diss single, insulting 4 + 1 and The Sugarhill Gang but it's a disco-reworking of 1973's "The Payback". ( Wasn't disco already a thing in 1973?) .
